About Rosemary Rose Lounge  

Rosemary Rose is a charming neighborhood café and wine bar in South Carolina, offering a warm, garden‑inspired atmosphere, thoughtful small plates, and a curated selection of wines and cocktails. It’s a cozy all‑day spot designed for slow mornings, relaxed afternoons, and intimate evenings. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support servers by running food, delivering water, and replenishing table items 

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas 

• Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware 

• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff 

• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards 

• Contribute to opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required 

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style 

• Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service periods 

• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset 

• Ability to lift, carry, and be on your feet for extended periods 

• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
