We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our sales team in NYC!

Revenue Operations Specialist

Are you passionate about empowering sales teams through data and strategic insights? Join MetTel's dynamic Sales Team as a Revenue Operations Specialist! In this exciting behind-the-scenes role, you'll be the analytical powerhouse that equips our sales engineers with the intelligence and insights they need to win more deals.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fuel Sales Success with Data - Research and document comprehensive customer profiles including business operations, technical infrastructure, industry challenges, and organizational structure to give our sales engineers the intelligence they need.
  • Create Game-Changing Customer Intelligence - Develop detailed customer information documents and briefing materials that transform how our sales engineers prepare for and understand their prospects.
  • Master Funnel Analytics - Create comprehensive funnel reporting and analysis to identify bottlenecks, conversion opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that help our sales engineers close more business.
  • Support Strategic Planning - Participate in regular funnel review meetings, providing analytical insights and data that inform closing strategies and opportunity prioritization.
  • Leverage Powerful Tools - Utilize Gong, ZoomInfo, Clari, and Salesforce to gather, analyze, and synthesize customer intelligence and sales performance data.
  • Enable Winning Content - Help craft compelling presentations and proposals by providing research and customer insights that highlight MetTel's technical differentiators.
  • Perfect the Process - Review and finalize statements of work, ensuring technical requirements align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Build Strategic Assets - Create powerful battlecards for customer meetings, leveraging comprehensive research and data analysis.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends - Keep current with industry technology through MetTel's excellent internal training and cutting-edge tools.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Champion Our Sales Engineers - Work closely with Sales Engineers and Account Teams to provide customer preparation, funnel insights, and analytical support for opportunity success.
  • Facilitate Data-Driven Decisions - Lead funnel review sessions and provide analytical support that helps teams develop winning deal strategies.
  • Build Excellence Systems - Develop and maintain customer research templates, information gathering processes, and funnel performance metrics.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical certifications and/or Revenue Operations certifications are a plus.

Note: Basic familiarity with 4G/5G wireless technologies helpful but not required

*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $115,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
