Instructional Design Intern - Sales Enablement
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing sales enablement learning solutions that take various forms, including online training courses (OLTs), instructor-led training courses (ILTs), job aids, etc.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document source content.
- Review and revise existing learning materials for improvement.
- Use a clean, concise writing style to summarize and distill information in a clear and easy-to-absorb way.
- Accurately summarize, organize, and document source content and other relevant information.
- Gather and organize supporting materials and images in our Learning Management System.
- Receive feedback, document it, and propose action plans to mitigate any issues.
- Implement feedback accurately once a solution is determined.

- Is currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Workforce Education, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of adult learning theory or instructional design principles and methodologies preferred.
- Possesses a creative mindset and enjoys designing engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Has a knack for storytelling and can transform complex information into easy-to-understand content.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
- Is open to feedback and willing to learn from experienced instructional designers and sales enablement experts.
- Is willing to take on new challenges and eager to learn and grow.
Experience with graphic design software or eLearning development tools is a plus but not required.
