ModMed is hiring a driven Manager, RCM Training Services to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing RCM Operations team focused on the technical delivery of training programs for the adoption, stabilization, and optimization of Modernizing Medicine’s solutions as they relate to our BOOST Services.This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!
Your Role:
- Team Leadership & Development
- Manage new employee on-boarding and professional development in a variety of presentation methods and applications to appeal to adult learning styles.
- Work with software educators to maintain high quality delivery of training to internal and external clients remotely or onsite.
- Facilitate training programs to support development of senior, lead, and specialty team roles in Training Services.
- Ensure the effective impact of our learning solutions by gathering feedback from participants.
- Monitor daily changes to sales forecast and pipeline for team capacity planning.
- Help ensure consistent learning methodologies are designed and scaled across our geographically dispersed workforce
- Act as client escalation to resolve all client requests.
- Think critically with emphasis on strategy, not just tactics to manage and meet client expectations.
- Handle staff corrective actions.
- Foster an environment that focuses on excellent client satisfaction with integrated processes and positive outcomes.
- Departmental Collaboration, Curriculum development, and Maintenance
- Review of training documentation to meet internal SLAs.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of key operational KPIs and SLAs.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver customized learning solutions as appropriate.
- Benchmark best practices and emerging trends to make recommendations on service delivery, curriculum design, development, tools, and technologies.
- Consult with business units to assess learning needs, including scope; identify and propose appropriate delivery methods for new and existing clients.
- Learning Development
- Strive for learning and development in all areas of MM core competencies.
- Stay current & keep team current mmPM and BOOST software and processes
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, preferred.
- 3-5 Years of People leadership required.
- 4+ years in software training, implementation or relevant medical practice experience.
- Results-oriented and able to self-manage.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively create and manage a client-driven team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate team efforts.
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information.
- Billing /RCM background.
