About the Job

This role is part of our Leadership team and helps to support the growth of - MoneyHero Group by leading the overall marketing function and managing various cross-functional marketing programmes, initiatives and platforms.You will be working collaboratively with leaders across our businesses to identify strategic market opportunities, including but not limited to commercial and technology teams to deliver solutions which create meaningful value for our consumers and ROI for our business.

As the Director, Marketing, you will be the primary driver of growth across four key markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines. You are responsible for the full marketing P&L, driving customer acquisition, demand generation efforts while maintaining sustainable unit economics.

This is a high-stakes role where success is measured by top-line revenue, bottom-line profitability (GP), and the efficiency of every dollar spent (CAC). You will lead regional strategy while ensuring local execution is nuanced enough to win in culturally distinct markets.You will also be involved in strategic decisions as - MoneyHero Group continues to grow and consolidate its market leadership position.

The Director, Marketing will be responsible for:

Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the MoneyHero Group overall marketing function both in terms of setting overall strategy in alignment with other C-suite members and managing the execution of this strategy by the entire marketing function within the group
  • Direct management of a team of 20+ marketing professionals across our key marketing functions (including performance marketing, SEO, Acquisition & Retention, MarTech and Marketing Platforms, Brand & Content and Corporate Communications)
  • Set, own and track marketing OKRs for the business which are aligned with MoneyHero Group’s overall business objectives and include both long term strategic projects and immediate term executional focus
  • Build an AI first marketing organisation, to improve marketing output and testing cycles without exponentially increasing headcount.
  • Lead and grow the MoneyHero Group marketing team by recruiting and developing high performing employees, and creating a culture which fosters a high-level ownership and performance
  • Partner with country teams to build aligned go-to-market strategies across priority product verticals and oversee key metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets in which MoneyHero operates and the latest industry trends
  • Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization
  • Develop and implement operational best practices to maintain high performance levels, support rapid revenue growth and expansion objectives
  • Establish an entrepreneurial and agile culture within the business, visibly leading by example and inspiring all within MoneyHero Group to go above and beyond in order to grow the business

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

You would be ideal for this role if you have:

  • 10-15 years experience in marketing leadership, including senior or CMO roles within fast-growing, digital-native, or e-commerce companies
  • Proven leadership track record of managing regional, creative marketing teams of more than 10 members
  • Competent in both high-level strategic team-building and direct, hands-on operational management
  • Relevant degree qualifications
  • Deep understanding of P&L management, unit economics, and performance-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics, such as traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue generation
  • Understanding of how to manage a complex portfolio of products with multiple brands, customer audiences, and conversion funnels
  • Experience managing to a budget and making trade-off decisions between marketing programs, based on quantitative analysis and business outcomes
  • An AI first mindset to build a scalable marketing organisation
  • Experience with indirect management of a team across geographies - including a strong ability to manage through influence, communication and collaboration across
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build good relationships with all key business stakeholders in the region
  • Proven expertise in leading comprehensive marketing strategies to establish and accelerate brand growth within startup and scale-up environments
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Creative with analytical capabilities

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

For unsuccessful candidates, we will retain the personal data provided during the application process for a period of two (2) years. This is to maintain accurate recruitment records, prevent duplicate applications, and to allow us to consider you for future opportunities that may match your profile. After this period, your data will be securely deleted from our systems. Should you wish to request the deletion of your data before the end of this retention period, you may contact us at legal-team@moneyherogroup.com.
