The Corporate Affairs & Communications function is responsible for shaping, strengthening and protecting MoneyHero Group’s corporate reputation, external visibility, investor confidence, leadership communications, and brand credibility across markets. The function spans Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Brand Reputation and Governance, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and Crisis Communications.

About the Job

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications, the Specialist, Investor Relations will be based in Hong Kong and work closely with senior leaders to help shape, coordinate, and deliver MoneyHero Group’s investor relations efforts in a Nasdaq-listed environment.

This is a hands-on specialist role supporting the full investor relations cycle, spanning earnings communications and calls, investor and analyst engagement, roadshows, market intelligence, investor materials, IR operations, and internal reporting. The role will require close coordination with senior leaders, Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs & Communications, external advisors, analysts, and investors to ensure investor communications are accurate, aligned, compliant, and delivered with discipline.

The ideal candidate is an experienced IR professional with strong capital markets knowledge, financial acumen, stakeholder management capability, and the judgement to manage high-visibility investor communications with accuracy, discretion, and confidence.

 

The Senior Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for:


IR Strategy & Intelligence:

  • Support the Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications in shaping the Group’s IR strategy, engagement plan, and investor messaging.
  • Help translate business performance, strategic priorities, and market developments into clear investor-facing narratives.
  • Monitor share price performance, trading activity, analyst commentary, investor sentiment, and sector developments.
  • Maintain market intelligence, including analyst consensus, peer disclosures, and competitor IR activities.


Investor Engagement

  • Serve as the key coordinator and day-to-day point of contact for inbound investor and analyst enquiries.
  • Support proactive investor engagement, targeting, and relationship management across key investor audiences.
  • Plan and coordinate investor roadshows, non-deal roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Prepare senior management briefing materials, including investor profiles, talking points, anticipated questions, and market context.

Earnings and Disclosure

  • Project manage the quarterly earnings cycle, including earnings call preparation and logistics.
  • Coordinate earnings-related materials, including releases, investor presentations, management scripts, Q&A documents, and follow-up materials.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and senior leadership to ensure investor-facing materials are accurate, aligned, approved, and compliant.
  • Support alignment with listed-company expectations, disclosure requirements, and fair disclosure principles.


 Operations and Reporting

  • Maintain the investor CRM database, including investor profiles, engagement history, meeting notes, follow-ups, and interaction schedules.
  • Oversee updates to the corporate Investor Relations website to ensure content is current, accurate, and appropriately approved.
  • Prepare regular IR updates for senior management and the Board on investor engagement, analyst coverage, investor feedback, and market perception.
  • Support continuous improvement of IR tools, processes, templates, reporting cadence, documentation, and version control.

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Communications, Investor Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, IR advisory, financial communications, or a related capital markets role.
  • Direct experience in investor relations, including investor engagement, earnings preparation, investor materials, analyst coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with listed-company earnings processes, investor communications standards, disclosure considerations, and fair disclosure principles.
  • Hands-on experience using IR tools, market data platforms, and investor databases, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Q4, Ipreo, Nasdaq IR Insight, or similar tools.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data, understand market trends, and translate business performance into clear investor-facing narratives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, approvals, and deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work with institutional investors, analysts, brokers, advisors, senior management, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage confidential and market-sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

Good to have

  • Experience supporting US-listed companies, including Nasdaq or NYSE-listed companies.
  • Exposure to SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD.
  • Existing network of relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices, and other investment-related firms in the region.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or other listed high-growth sectors.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

For unsuccessful candidates, we will retain the personal data provided during the application process for a period of two (2) years. This is to maintain accurate recruitment records, prevent duplicate applications, and to allow us to consider you for future opportunities that may match your profile. After this period, your data will be securely deleted from our systems.
