About The Role:
We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to collaborate with internal teams and brand clients to craft cutting-edge, custom campaigns. This role ensures that every partnership aligns with MrBeast’s unique storytelling and content ecosystem. You’ll be the bridge between strategic brand objectives and creative execution, ensuring that every partnership maximizes engagement, impact, and revenue potential.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative ideation, and sales acumen to develop compelling brand integrations and sponsorship opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop high-impact brand strategies and creative concepts that align with MrBeast’s unique content and audience
- Collaborate with internal teams—including production, creative, and sales—to bring brand ideas to life from ideation to final execution
- Ensure creative excellence in branded content by evaluating and refining ideas based on client strategy and objectives
- Build proactive creative sales products that showcase new opportunities for brand partnerships
- Own the quality assurance of all pre-sale brand deliverables, ensuring that all creative materials align with MrBeast’s brand identity and strategic goals
- Pitch creative concepts to brand clients and lead presentations that effectively communicate the value of MrBeast’s audience and platform
- Stay ahead of digital media trends and brand marketing innovations, providing thought leadership that drives new business opportunities
- Serve as a post-sale liaison to ensure seamless execution, maintaining strong client relationships and guaranteeing deliverables meet expectations
What Makes You A Fit:
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or branded content development
- Deep understanding of digital media, content marketing, and the creator economy, with a pulse on what drives audience engagement
- Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate brand objectives into compelling content integrations
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of selling through creative ideas to high-level brand clients
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with internal creative, sales, and production teams to execute best-in-class brand partnerships
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action, thriving in a fast-paced environment where agility and execution are key
- Experience working in branded content, digital media, or social-first campaigns, particularly on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- A passion for internet culture, social media, and digital content, with an instinct for what makes partnerships and branded content resonate
