Responsibilities:
Associate - Marketplace & Omni channel
Role:
- Business Development of the Multichannel Fulfilment & Air Shipping. New Vendor On-boarding to the program: Identify spaces in the portfolio. Identify and develop—potential brands to achieve business objectives.
- Business Metrics Achievement: Achieve business Metrics of unit share taking appropriate action if any of the metric is not being achieved and highlighting the risk in advance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive program growth by regular seller connects and interventions
- MIS and data reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement.
- Bench-marking of Competition and industry best practices.
- Strong communications skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to adapt as per the situational requirement.
- Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines, self-starter, go getter attitude.
- Must work well in an unstructured work environment.
- Active problem solver who can work with data effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates should preferably be a MBA or a post graduate
- Candidates should preferably have a min of 2 years of ecommerce experience
