Associate - Marketplace & Omni channel

Role:
  1. Business Development of the Multichannel Fulfilment & Air Shipping. New Vendor On-boarding to the program: Identify spaces in the portfolio. Identify and develop—potential brands to achieve business objectives.
  2. Business Metrics Achievement: Achieve business Metrics of unit share taking appropriate action if any of the metric is not being achieved and highlighting the risk in advance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive program growth by regular seller connects and interventions
  2. MIS and data reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement.
  3. Bench-marking of Competition and industry best practices.
  4. Strong communications skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  5. Strong Analytical skills and ability to adapt as per the situational requirement.
  6. Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines, self-starter, go getter attitude.
  7. Must work well in an unstructured work environment.
  8. Active problem solver who can work with data effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Candidates should preferably be a MBA or a post graduate
  2. Candidates should preferably have a min of 2 years of ecommerce experience
