Position: Sales Counselor
Salary Range: $70,000 – $93,000 base salary per year (with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.)
Commision: Eligible for monthly incentives, with an average annual commission ranging from $15,000 to $25,000. Commissions are determined based on both individual and community performance.

As a sales counselor, you’ll have the extraordinary opportunity to represent a distinctive new Life Plan Community in Annapolis during its most exciting stage — construction and opening. What You’ll Do

  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families through discovery, education and personalized guidance.
  • Present the lifestyle and benefits of The Village at Providence Point with enthusiasm and confidence, positioning the community as the best choice for retirement living in Annapolis.
  • Achieve sales goals by effectively managing inquiries, tours, appointments and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Lead prospective residents through the reservation and contract process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on events, campaigns and creative strategies to sustain sales momentum.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and innovative culture where you’ll play a role in shaping the success of a new community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring two or more years of sales experience, ideally in senior living, hospitality, real estate or other relationship-based industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to listen, empathize and inspire confidence.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional presence and the ability to represent our organization in the community with confidence and credibility.
  • A self-starter who thrives on proactive outreach, including making phone calls to engage and follow up with prospects.
