On the production side, you’ll manage external partners responsible for filming, editing, and animation, while also overseeing content organization and updates within Skilljar, our Learning Management System (LMS).

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you’re a creative thinker and doer—equally comfortable generating big ideas and bringing them to life. You’re excited to help shape a best-in-class learning experience for the advertising industry. Some travel may be required for on-location shoots outside of NYC.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of content and production processes to maintain high standards of quality and consistency

LMS Management:

  • Manage the backend of the LMS, ensuring content is properly uploaded, categorized, and accessible to users

  • Experience in end-to-end production process across a wide range of projects and project types
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple lines of business, teams, and projects
