About The Opportunity

OKX platform currently is in the fast growing stage.
As one of the main drivers for user growth, this team will be in charge of the driving expansion in the global market, by leveraging KOL ecosystems and diverse strategies.
 
This is an opportunity to work on user growth for a top global crypto platform, impacting millions of users, while collaborating with top talents in an international team environment to shape the industry's future.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and implement user growth strategies to enhance conversion efficiency from acquisition to long-term retention, boosting core metrics (e.g. registrations, activity, retention rates).
  • Optimize and expand the KOL ecosystem, developing tools and incentive mechanisms to increase KOL engagement and promotion effectiveness, driving user growth through KOL channels.
  • Leverage data analysis and user insights to create efficient product features that enhance platform appeal and user stickiness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute diverse growth initiatives (e.g. promotional campaigns, reward programs), amplifying brand reach and user scale.
  • Analyze key stages of the growth process, identify opportunities, and iterate solutions to maintain product and ecosystem competitiveness.
  • Monitor trends in the crypto industry and user needs, proposing innovative growth ideas to reinforce OKX’s market leadership. 

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, data analysis, marketing, or related fields. 
  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a background in user growth preferred; familiarity with KOL ecosystems or the crypto industry is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL, Excel, or similar tools, with the ability to derive insights and drive decisions from data.
  • Keen product design sense, capable of translating needs into intuitive, effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities (to suit an international team).
  • Passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency, comfortable in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Proven track record in driving growth projects (e.g. improving conversion rates, scaling user base).
  • Experience with KOL ecosystem operations on social media or communities, with relevant product expertise.
  • Knowledge of crypto trading products or the Web3 ecosystem.
