About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Crypto Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Crypto Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our crypto-related products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto landscape, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be passionate about driving innovation in the crypto industry.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product Coverage: Excellent opportunity to touch the whole spectrum of trading, including manual trading, copy trading, trading bot, API and any other fundamental trading related topics.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy for our crypto-related products, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and identify new opportunities within the crypto space.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's vision and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define clear product specifications.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and interviews to gain insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors within the crypto space. Use this data to inform product decisions and prioritize features that will deliver maximum value to our users.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other relevant teams to drive the development process from ideation to launch. Collaborate with developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, and address any technical challenges that arise.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring smooth product adoption.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key product metrics and establish a framework for tracking and analyzing product performance. Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including local market executives, engineering teams, and business development teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels.

What We Look For In You

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the crypto or financial technology industry. Demonstrated success in delivering innovative products from concept to launch.
  • Crypto Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized (Cefi) or decentralized finance (DeFi), and related concepts. Familiarity with major crypto exchanges, wallets, and crypto trading.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Experience working closely with engineering teams to develop software products.
  • User-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centric design principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven product decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools and conducting A/B testing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Win as a team: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving consensus and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving industry and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $280,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
