About the Opportunity

Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate passionate about crypto to join our team in Singapore. As a key player in supporting our growing community, you will assist the growth and operations teams in engaging users by moderating online forums, organizing events and managing customer inquiries by providing timely and accurate resolutions. If you're excited about crypto and building strong communities, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the OKX SG team in daily execution, including but not limited to:

Handling end-to-end operations for product and campaign launches, including addressing user queries and issues

Carrying out day-to-day operations (e.g. account and rebalancing operations) to support strategic clients and business partnerships

Organizing and promoting events and meet-ups

Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage users effectively
