What You'll Be Doing
- Manage finance system projects of full lifecycle from establishment, planning, development, testing to launch.
- Collect and analyze information from multiple departments and generate business requirements and collaborate with Product & Development team on requirement clarification and development plan confirmation.
- Act as a system administrator to provide user with operation support and to guarantee the smooth operation of finance system
- Implement effective system management workflow and keep monitoring functionality and setting of system, detect misfunction of system efficiently and make the right decision to solve the problems
- Establish effective and efficient collaboration with multiple departments for information synchronization and support.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Fin-Tech/Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of relative experience. Experience in Finance Software & System/ERP Software/Internal Finance System/Finance IT/Finance Information Sharing Platform is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration and execution skills.
- Highly self-motivated for achieving project results and resolving problems.
- Good troubleshooting, learning, analysis, and decision-making skills to solve system-related problems.
- Fluent verbal & written English and Mandarin Chinese.
