Account Manager / Project Manager (AM/PM)

Employment: 12-Month FTC (with view to extend)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager (AM/PM) to join a team supporting one of the world's leading brands in the sportswear, apparel, and lifestyle industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns across multiple European markets and channels, partnering with creative, production, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery from brief through to final execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with agency, account management, project management, or production experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative adaptation and production projects across:
    • Digital
    • Social Media
    • Retail and In-Store
    • OOH & DOOH
    • Paid Media
    • Print
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Interpret and develop client briefs into clear production requirements.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and studio teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and milestones.
  • Oversee briefing, feedback, approval, and delivery processes.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure assets meet brand and channel requirements.
  • Work closely with international teams and delivery hubs across multiple markets.
  • Support workload forecasting and resource planning.
  • Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to clients and internal teams.
  • Help drive best practices across project management and production workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working within a creative, marketing, advertising, or production agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing projects from briefing through to final delivery

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting retail, sports, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Exposure to multi-market or multilingual campaign delivery.
  • Understanding of creative production workflows.
  • Familiarity with Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH, Retail, and Print channels.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience working with external agencies, media partners, or production vendors.
  • Knowledge of Celtra or similar creative production platforms.
