FP&A Analyst

Position Objective

Support the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis processes by providing timely and reliable financial information for strategic decision-making. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial databases, developing executive dashboards, and monitoring key business performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial scenarios.
• Analyze variances between actual results vs. budget and forecast, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Manage, clean, and analyze financial databases from multiple data sources.
• Design, maintain, and automate financial and performance dashboards.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze financial information.
• Participate in monthly close processes by providing financial analysis and explanations.

Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering (Industrial, Financial, or related), Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or financial analysis roles.
