Regional VP, Employer Partnerships

Are you a business development executive that loves consultative sales of innovative solutions to self-funded employers that improve the satisfaction, health outcomes and productivity of their members while reducing total cost of care?

Does selling the first-of-its-kind solution into a $136Bn market opportunity sound exciting to you?

Do you thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced company and market that requires creativity, resourcefulness, high energy and an ability to adapt quickly?

If so, you could be a perfect fit for our team of like-minded professionals who share a common mission and passion for helping others and a desire to build a great company.

Oshi Health is the first multidisciplinary  digital clinic for digestive (GI) conditions that provides easy, convenient access to an integrated and multidisciplinary care team that diagnoses, monitors and treats the 70mm+ people living with digestive health conditions.  We take time to get to know each patient, develop a personalized, whole-person care plan that includes identification of symptom triggers and prescription of evidence-based interventions, including medications, dietary changes, and mental health support.  Our care is delivered virtually through our app, secure messaging and telehealth visits.

Existing GI care is largely inaccessible, and unfortunately incentivized around expensive and often unnecessary procedures, but not around spending the time to unpack triggers (dietary and psychological), and work closely with the patient to take the time required to help them achieve symptom control. .  We are already driving transformation in this  $136Bn market with a differentiated model and clear lead ahead of our competitors. .

We are seeking a Regional VP, Employer Partnerships (East & West) to bring this innovative new care offering to self-funded employers across the US. This role will report directly to the SVP, Employer Partnerships and work closely with the Leadership Team, Board and advisors to build the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build a customer base of employers.  Consultatively build partnerships with employers  to bring Oshi Health’s digital clinic to their employees, members and dependents, in many cases leveraging our existing in-network contracts with some of the largest national health plans and partnerships with national navigators and benefits consultants
  • Build an army of partners and supporters. Oshi has garnered strong support from the benefits consultant community due to our gold-standard clinical model, and our market leading outcomes.  You will continue that momentum by building relationships with producers and health practice leaders at the larger consulting houses and larger regional brokers.  You will also identify/create a large pipeline of referenceable and delighted customers who are willing to share their successful experience with their peers, speak on panels, conduct webinars, etc
  • Generate market awareness and interest:  Position Oshi Health as a market leader in the digital clinic and telehealth market through outreach to key prospects and partners.  Refine B2B marketing and positioning language and materials, drive outreach and develop a robust pipeline.
  • Identify and communicate growth opportunities: Identify innovations in Oshi Health’s product and service offerings that can drive future growth and impact.  Share ideas across teams within Oshi Health to refine the roadmap and drive future growth
  • Collaborate successfully within the organization: This role requires high cross-collaboration across account management, marketing, data analytics, clinical, operations, and finance.  Oshi believes strongly in winning as a team, learning from key aspects across the business and knowing when to bring in SMEs to progress a deal forward.

Results you will drive:

  • New customer contracts including direct to employer contracts, as well as marketing agreements with employers who can leverage our in-network care through their health plan
  • Robust and continuously growing sales pipeline
  • High degree of accuracy and visibility about key deal dynamics to help support transitions to client success, and also to help better forecast our business to support supply and demand planning and staffing needs
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction as the key relationship owner
  • Brand awareness across the healthcare industry and ecosystem

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 5-10 years experience, specifically selling digital health solutions to benefit leaders and consultants
  • Deep understanding of the motivations and buying dynamics within employers, as well as how to engage key ecosystem partners (e.g., benefit consultants, care navigation companies, etc.)
  • Existing network of decision makers and connectors within the healthcare ecosystem, specifically with employers and benefit consultants
  • Proven self-starter that can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable with ambiguity and has a passion for challenging the status quo in healthcare
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with comfort selling to C-suite and executive decision makers at employers
  • Operate with high integrity and accountability for results

and perks:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
