Your Role

As a Sales Developer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our market penetration across key industries. You will work closely with the Growth and Delivery teams to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, transforming them into high-value opportunities aligned with our sustainability and innovation-driven mission.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, networking events, outbound campaigns)

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls, ensuring alignment with our value proposition

  • Nurture early-stage prospects by maintaining engagement and delivering tailored content and insights

  • Collaborate with account managers and consultants to co-design impactful proposals and pitches

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and conversion insights

  • Attend key events and ecosystem meetups to represent PALO IT and build long-term relationships

  • Support in the preparation of bids, RFP responses, and go-to-market strategies in alignment with business objectives


Who You Are

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation roles within the tech, digital, or consulting space

  • You speak and write fluently in Portuguese and English

  • You are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation

  • You are highly organized, goal-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments

  • You are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo), and productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slack)

  • You love connecting with people and creating long-term value through meaningful conversations

  • Prior experience in IT consulting, digital agency, or a startup is a big plus
