YOUR ROLE:
The role of the Partnership Specialist is pivotal to sustaining PALO IT’s positive impact, reach and reputation in Singapore. This is a highly visible, high-impact position within the organisation. The role touches on all teams across the organisation with the opportunity to lead and design PALO’s partnership strategy. You will create unique collaborative opportunities resulting in positive impact and business value, while also being the key liaison between our partners and internal stakeholders across the organisation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the partnership strategy in collaboration with the ecosystem lead.
- Naturing and building strong relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Identifying synergies between PALO IT’s strategic initiatives and service offerings with the partners.
- Developing business opportunities for PALO through strategic partner initiatives.
- Facilitating communication between PALO and partners, ensuring that both sides are clear about their needs, goals and expectations.
- Coordinating with marketing, sales, other teams to ensure smooth and effective collaboration with the partners
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of PALO partnerships.
- Identifying and implementing ways to deepen the partnership with partners, such as increasing cross-selling, referrals, joint marketing, etc..
- Lead the co-marketing activities with the partners and internal marketing team
- Actively participate in industry related activities as a brand advocate
YOUR PROFILE:
- Understand the challenges, emerging trends and opportunities within the innovation and transformation space
- Experience in B2B business development and account management
- Understanding of financials, business development and sales
- Creative negotiator able to identify and communicate compelling win/win business/partnership opportunities
- Analytical with the ability to consume, process and transform information into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to communicate and achieve results across multiple stakeholder interests
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with ambiguity
