Your Role
As VP of Sales you’ll be responsible for leading the commercial growth strategy in one of our most strategic and dynamic markets. You will act as a bridge between the client’s challenges and our innovation capabilities, while building high-performing teams and cultivating a trusted ecosystem of partners.
- Design and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, aligned with the company's innovation and impact-driven vision
- Lead business development, sales, and account growth activities across digital transformation, sustainability consulting, and emerging technologies
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, Fortune 1000 companies, scaleups, and ecosystem leaders
- Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and impact teams to create compelling value propositions, RFP responses, and client pitches
- Identify and develop new markets, sectors, or service lines with a strong go-to-market approach
- Monitor commercial performance through KPIs, pipeline reviews, and forecasts
- Represent PALO IT at key industry events and in sustainability, innovation, and tech communities
Who You Are
- You bring 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development or commercial leadership roles within the technology, consulting, or innovation ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing and growing high-value enterprise accounts across sectors (e.g., financial services, retail, healthcare, telecom, sustainability)
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, agile delivery models, and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- You lead with impact: you align business goals with sustainability and innovation initiatives
- Experienced in building and managing commercial teams, mentoring talent and creating scalable GTM strategies
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) and strategic account planning
- Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, bold, and passionate about creating change
