About the Role & Team 
As an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial product leader, you will innovate and execute on product initiatives that will bring surprise and delight to our users while 
delivering business value to the company. The Senior Product Manager will have a track record of owning and delivering value to customers that raise the bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. You will need to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Specifically, this role focuses on leading a cross-functional team of designers, engineers and quality assurance analysts in the ideation, technical development and launch of comprehensive
iCasino products.

About the Work 

  • Lead a cross-functional team to bring new products to market.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers and quality assurance analysts in the ideation, technical development and launch of comprehensive iCasino products.
  • Exhibit sound product judgment, contribute to the product strategy, and lead  implementation of that strategy as it aligns to organizational and business objectives.
  • Establish product KPIs and goals, including short and long-term planning on how to  achieve desired results.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape  requirements; communicate with stakeholders regularly and collaborate with them on  priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end success of projects from requirements definition through design,  development, launch, and post-launch analysis to drive future iterations of the product.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for your products, capabilities and services, and aid in  providing guidance to others in regard to this expertise.
  • Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations.
  • Drive the continued growth of the Product Team through mentorship, developing best  practices and continuous improvements targets.
  • Potential to mentor and assume direct reporting responsibility of APM/PM(s).
  • Other duties as required

About You 

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Growth experience at a technology company is required.
  • Experience working on consumer mobile gaming products is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills. Experience with multivariate testing and experimentation.
  • Competency in technical concepts. You may not be able to write an API, but you know how to leverage them; you understand how data is integrated throughout the products you build. 
  • Understand user behavior trends with the end goal of increasing traffic, conversion, and engagement.
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
  • A great collaborator and communicator who can explain complex problems in a simple way.
  • A bias toward action and constantly pushing yourself and others toward clarity and delivery.
  • A high bar for delivering quality—from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of your skill set.
