Responsibilities:

  •  Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives for key brands, including Perry Ellis and Original Penguin.
  • Marketing Communications: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, merchandising, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.  

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Global mindset and experience working in international markets.
