About Pincode:
Pincode is India’s first-of-its-kind local commerce app, revolutionising how local retailers connect with customers. Job Objective: 

The role will entail developing in-depth understanding of various growth campaigns across in-app merchandising, Push Notifications and WhatsApp marketing channels to drive customer engagement and retention. The incumbent will be responsible for designing the right mix of interventions across the aforementioned channels to shape user purchase patterns on the platform and drive business metrics. They will additionally be in charge of optimising campaign design by leveraging historical trend of platform behaviour to drive conversion.

Role Brief 

  • Campaign Design: Build and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging in-app merchandising, push notifications, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Conversion Growth: Drive category visibility, impressions, and customer conversions through data-led user behaviour insights.
  • Channel Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the channel mix to maximise user engagement and conversion.
  • Funnel Optimisation: Continuously track and optimise campaign performance funnels, deploying timely interventions to improve outcomes.
  • Efficiency Metrics: Work towards reducing the cost of acquisition and improving channel-level ROI.

 

Skill Set:

  • Strong stakeholder management: ability to rally cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Sharp analytical skills with ability to read data, spot patterns, and convert insights into actionables.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic SQL skills (good-to-have, not mandatory) with curiosity to pick up tools hands-on
  • 3–4 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance-driven roles 
  • Independent contributor with an ownership-first approach, willing to roll up sleeves and execute end-to-end.
