Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales engineer with deep knowledge of the Indian & South Asian markets. This person would have a background in card processing, core banking, and payments with thorough knowledge of modern cloud native solutions. This person will have worked for or delivered solutions to financial institutions including banking and fintech.

What you'll do

  • Define functional as well as technical solutioning for large and complex sales opportunities in Cards, Core Banking and Lending space.
  • Formualting and Leading Pre-sales technical and functional solutioning to prospective clients and customers. while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with Creating and presenting of  Solution Documents, Flows diagrams based on client discussions.
  • Design, help in drafting and reviewing high quality RFP response and solution proposal for banks in the region.
  • Participate in client discussion/ calls with the business team to understand client product strategy and outlook to help position Pismo's offerings. 
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams from SRE, Product and Solution Architects for ensuring the best outcome for our customers.
  • Simplifying technical terms during product demonstration and post sales customer support.
  • Owning the Handover of the client requirements (SOW) to the implementation team, leading it to successfully launching the solution. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ Years of Experience as Pre-Sales/ Solution Architect with minimum 5+ Years in Banking and Processing Companies.
  • Deep understanding of Card Issuing, Core banking and or Loan Management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment, being able to think strategically having a can do attitude.
  • Knowledge of how modern cloud native systems operate.
  • Ability to drill down to details and manage difficult conversations, when necessary.
