Summary

The anti-fraud team is responsible for integration with clients's anti-fraud and 3DS solution providers. The team also has solutions for calculating taxes, fees and exchange rates.

What you'll do

Help to build a high-performance team and collaborate so that work flows in a performative way;
Analysis of risks and opportunities;
Manage the squad aiming productivity and performance;
Actively collaboration on the team's technical decisions;
Monitor the progress of projects, dealing with any problems that arise and ensuring the planning;
Ensure the quality of the product produced by the team;
Ensure the performance and the technical decisions made by the team;
Assertive decision-making in adverse environments (short time, pressure from customers, various restrictions);
Whenever necessary, direct contact with the international team and clients;
Monitoring new features and the production environment, always seeking to achieve our Slo's / Sla's;
Having excellent technical skills for decision making (Java and/or Golang, Cloud, Containerization, testing and code reviewing);

Minimum Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience managing teams of high performance;
Event driven architecture;
Knowledge and experience about agile methodology;
Java/Golang;
Cloud(AWS, Google GCP, Azure);
Distributed systems;
Relational and non-relational databases;
Experience with APIs development and solid API testing knowledge;
