Card Issuing: A fully featured platform for Visa, Mastercard, or private level issuing of credit and prepaid cards. Pismo’s platform allows its customers to control everything from client acquisition to account management.
Digital Banking & Wallets: Pismo provides a transaction banking core for modern digital banking experiences, from easy client acquisition to enriched cash-in / cash-out operations and internal transfers / P2P transactions.
Seller Management: From the onboarding to the daily management of each seller, Pismo’s platform runs a workflow process with pertinent settlement and commercial parameters for each transaction, such as MDR, clearing rules, settlement requirements, and days to pay.

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leaders in Pismo's Enterprise Architecture team, who combines strong leadership skills ability with deep technology expertise.

What you'll do

The Sr manager in enterprise architecture team will be responsible to for managing a small team of enterprise architects. This is a leadership role for someone who have spent hand-on experience in the past as a an engineer or architect, and in recent years have led such teams. Some one who can lead in deep technical conversation both internally in Pismo as well as with customers, when required.

Minimum Qualifications

C1 English (Advanced);
Solid experience as a software architect and team leader;
Experience with Cloud (preference for AWS) and distributed systems;
Desirable techfin/ finance background;
