Who You’ll Be Working With

At PMG, our Product team is redefining how brands harness AI-driven creative intelligence, developing tools that seamlessly integrate data, automation, and innovation to elevate storytelling and drive performance at scale. We don’t just build products—we create intelligent, intuitive solutions that help brands produce high-impact creative and execute media strategies with precision.  As a Product Senior Associate, you will be a part of developing innovative solutions for our proprietary operating system, Alli.  In this role, you will be supporting our Alli Data Pillar, which supports the unification of every data point into one secure, accessible foundation - empowering teams to build customer-centric strategies, unlock insights and drive automation in a privacy- first world.   

You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, media strategists, and creative teams, ensuring our technology remains cutting-edge, user-friendly, and deeply valuable to marketers. Whether it’s enhancing AI-driven insights, refining automation tools, optimizing workflows, or developing new data visualization capabilities, your work will shape how brands navigate the ever-evolving intersection of creativity and technology.

Beyond execution, you’ll play a pivotal role in exploring emerging technologies, evaluating strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to push the boundaries of creative intelligence. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support creative teams with data-driven insights to enhance concept development and production.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for Alli’s Creative Insights platform, ensuring it meets user needs.
  • Help identify and explore new product opportunities using AI and data science.
  • Assist in evaluating partnerships with external companies like Google, Amazon, and OpenAI.
  • Work with leadership to align product vision and strategy with business goals.
  • Support product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Help drive product adoption through internal communications, training sessions, and documentation.
  • Manage multiple product initiatives, ensuring deliverables are high-quality and on time.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Creative teams to facilitate smooth product releases.
  • Gather and document product and customer requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Work with UI/UX teams to support the design of user-friendly flows and prototypes.
  • Drive brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product solutions.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to build communications and enablement materials.
  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making in their role.
  • Analyze data in order to inform and influence product development decisions.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in an advertising/creative agency and/or in a product focused role within a technology based organization
  • 3+ years of experience working with customer data, martech data sets, and/or digital advertising platforms
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Prior experience building and delivering product marketing presentations to large audiences, both internally and externally; past experience with Keynote/PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms to support effective planning and tracking.
  • Passion for understanding users and their behavior
  • Prior experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering and/or data science modeling
  • Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmaps, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Ability to write and refine user stories, define success metrics, and prioritize features based on business and user impact.
  • A data-informed mindset with basic experience in analyzing product usage data and interpreting performance trends.

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics tools such as: Pendo, Mixpanel and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with creative intelligence platform such as: Smartly, VidMob, Kargo
