Who You Will Be Working With

In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment, driving proactive sourcing strategies, engaging top talent, and delivering a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience during a pivotal period of growth.

Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR, you will align on current and future team needs, shape forward-looking hiring plans, and champion recruiting best practices. From strategic pipeline building and market mapping to event representation and tech-enabled outreach, you will play a critical role in scaling diverse, high-performing teams with purpose, pace, and clarity.

Based in London and primarily focused on hiring across the UK, you will be part of our global Talent Acquisition team, with opportunities to support international hiring as we continue to expand our global footprint.

What You Will Do

Strategic Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source exceptional talent through thoughtful outreach and deep relationship building - connecting with both active and passive candidates who align with PMG’s values and long-term goals.

  • Build and manage strategic sourcing plans, tailoring approaches to each role while staying aligned with evolving business priorities.

  • Develop and nurture diverse talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring journey with empathy, transparency, and professionalism.

  • Ensure every interaction reflects PMG’s commitment to respect, inclusion, and timeliness.

  • Create meaningful engagement strategies that strengthen PMG’s employer brand and leave candidates with a positive, lasting impression.

Partnership & Hiring Advisory

  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, bringing a consultative mindset, data-informed recommendations, and thoughtful challenge when needed.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design recruitment strategies that are forward-looking, scalable, and people-centered.

  • Align recruiting plans to business strategy, team design, and growth objectives.

Diversity & Community Engagement

  • Play a key role in advancing diversity recruitment strategies by building intentional partnerships and identifying opportunities for deeper impact across hiring efforts.

  • Represent PMG at recruitment events, university programs, and industry forums - sharing our story and expanding access to diverse talent communities.

Operational Excellence & Innovation

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system, enabling clean workflows and reliable reporting insights.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies, continuously improving sourcing, engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Leverage AI, automation, and technology to elevate quality and efficiency, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making.

  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including recruiting and alumni events, employment branding, employee referral program enhancements, and evaluating new ATS/tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment, specifically supporting Media (Social, Search, Programmatic) business units.

  • Demonstrated strength in proactive sourcing and passive talent engagement.

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.

  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diversity recruitment strategies.

  • Comfort leveraging data, systems, AI, and emerging technologies to drive smarter recruiting decisions.

  • High attention to detail and operational rigor within applicant tracking systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent PMG externally with credibility and energy.
