What You Will Do
- Support the planning, buying, and execution of out of home campaigns across traditional, digital, and emerging OOH formats.
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, delivery, reporting, and reconciliation to ensure flawless execution and strong client outcomes.
- Partner with internal Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Programmatic teams to develop integrated, full-funnel media recommendations.
- Assist in developing audience-first, contextually relevant OOH solutions that align with client goals and broader campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OOH vendors, media owners, and platform partners to support campaign success and uncover new opportunities.
- Support RFP development, vendor negotiations, added-value opportunities, and marketplace evaluations across national and local campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and delivery data to identify optimizations, insights, and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and programmatic OOH capabilities to help evolve PMG’s OOH offerings.
- Contribute to testing initiatives and innovation opportunities across experiential, digital, and data-driven OOH environments.
- Help identify and improve operational processes that create efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across campaign management workflows.
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in out of home media planning, buying, or integrated media strategy within an agency or media organization.
- Strong understanding of the OOH landscape across traditional, digital, and programmatic formats.
- Experience managing campaigns across national, local, and DMA-specific markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Media teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Curiosity around innovation, emerging media, and the evolving role of OOH within modern marketing strategies.
