Lead Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)
About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our clients and develop its Human Resources strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure efficiency and an outstanding candidate experience, and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking German dual-use technology company that develops autonomous unmanned ground systems for both defense and commercial use. With a strong international presence and a dynamic team, this role offers a chance to shape recruiting initiatives in a high-growth environment.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own and continuously improve the full-cycle recruiting process for maximum efficiency and consistency.
- Lead and mentor our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, offering guidance and development opportunities.
- Partner with founders and department leads to build and execute a strategic recruiting roadmap.
- Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical functions.
- Manage and enhance our talent acquisition tech stack to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Build a strong employer brand through strategic initiatives, engaging content, and dynamic campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights by defining KPIs and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and community engagement.
Your Profile
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to build and scale hiring operations in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Experience recruiting for various functions, including tech, operations, finance, and commercial roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of business.
- An analytical mindset with hands-on experience using modern recruiting tools such as Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.
- A structured and proactive working style with a high level of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must; German is a plus.
Please note that we are looking for support in the Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
