Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Analyst (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on analyzing KPIs, building financial models, and partnering with leadership to improve financial outcomes, and get the opportunity to contribute to various cross-functional growth initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

• Partner directly with founders and stakeholders to align on strategic and financial priorities
• Analyze cross-functional KPIs to uncover gaps and identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards using tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Metabase
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall financial performance
• Respond quickly to ad-hoc strategic analysis requests with actionable insights
• Translate complex data into clear business narratives that influence top-level decisions

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
• Expert in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase
• Confident in working directly with founders and cross-functional leadership teams
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a focus on business impact
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
• Bonus: experience working with supply chain data or in marketplace environments

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
