The HR Consultant is a key member of our HR Operations & Shared Services team, blending day-to-day HR operations with direct support for front-line managers across multiple countries. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and the respective COE to support managers in areas such as performance management, compensation,benefits, policy guidance, learning initiatives, training on Pure HR tools and programs, and more. Support is provided virtually across various time zones and countries.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing coaching to managers and employees on HR topics.
- Understand Pure's goals and identify how HR efforts can support business initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and policy interpretation.
- Diagnose and consult on scenarios involving performance development, improvement processes, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution, including goal setting, talent reviews, and facilitating calibration sessions.
- Assist managers and employees with policy interpretation and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, Legal, and outside counsel on organizational changes, ensuring risk mitigation and a positive employee experience.
- Continuously review and improve core HR processes, analyze data, and advise on trends.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to develop and implement HR programs.
- Drive or participate in process improvement projects to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.
- Utilize Workday to manage and audit complex transactions from the PERC ticketing system, maintaining professional communication with employees and managers.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends or concerns related to organizational health.
- Work with HR Operations Managers across regions (AMER, EMEA, APJ) to identify and implement best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 5+ years in an HR Operations or client-facing HR Specialist role.
- 4+ years with Workday (or similar HRIS) and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Confident in presenting to groups and delivering workshops both in-person and remotely.
- Experienced in mentoring and advising team members.
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a virtual environment.
- Team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to contribute to all parts of the employee experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage confidential information with maturity.
- Self-starter with the ability to develop strategies for a broad range of HR topics.
- Ability to interpret complex scenarios and involve appropriate team members.
- Skilled at leading, influencing, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
- Committed to helping employees and managers succeed in alignment with Pure’s values and goals.
- Ability to drive change management and organizational initiatives.
- Comfortable in unstructured environments and helping others adapt.
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws across multiple countries, with the ability to interact with internal and external counsel as needed.
- Preferred: Knowledge of project management methodologies.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
The annual base salary range is: $84,000.00 – $127,000.00
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
