SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and people-savvy Enablement Program Coordinator to support the planning and execution of global programs across the Enablement organization. This role is a critical operational partner to the VP of Global Enablement and works closely with a dynamic team of program managers, facilitators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
You’ll support the execution of high-impact programs—from training initiatives to team-wide meetings and strategic events—by managing logistics, communications, tools, vendors, and reporting. You’ll be at the center of it all, helping the team deliver meaningful experiences at scale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, is energized by working with people, and can keep things moving behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination, Management & Enablement Support
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for global enablement programs, including scheduling, registration, speaker coordination, and vendor/facility support.
- Support key enablement programs
- Manage program communications and documentation, from calendar invites to distribution of slide decks and recordings.
- Maintain shared tools, templates, and folders to streamline planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support program data collection through surveys and metrics, helping the team track progress and report on outcomes.
- Serve as the point of contact for program vendors and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and keeping documentation up to date.
- Provide in-session support during live (virtual and in-person) programs, helping troubleshoot issues and escalating as needed.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage calendar and travel logistics for the VP of Global Enablement, prioritizing based on business needs.
- Organize internal team meetings, all hands, planning sessions, and offsites—owning agendas, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Maintain key Enablement documentation, including org charts, project trackers, and stakeholder directories.
- Own submission of executive expenses and support access to internal systems (e.g., IT, procurement, Google Groups).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or event logistics—ideally supporting enablement, learning & development, or sales teams.
- Ideally a Project Management certificate
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.
- Strong communicator and collaborator; able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders across levels.
- Experience managing logistics for live or virtual programs, including working with vendors and external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), Slack, and Concur.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a service mindset—willing to jump in and problem solve.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, New York or Chicago office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
