THE ROLE
As a highly collaborative professional, you will own Partner GTM Readiness to ensure every Everpure launch is actionable for our global partner ecosystem. You will serve as the critical bridge between Product Management, Product Marketing, and Partner Enablement, translating complex product strategies into high-impact partner outcomes. Your mission is to empower our partners to confidently position and sell Everpure solutions the moment they hit the market. By bringing structure and technical clarity to the launch motion, you will drive a consistent, world-class experience for our partners worldwide.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Orchestrate Global Partner Readiness for Launches and General Availability: Lead the end-to-end partner readiness track for new product introductions (NPIs) and feature announcements, ensuring all routes to market—including Resellers, Distributors, GSIs, and MSPs—are fully prepared for General Availability.
- Translate Innovation into Partner Value: Convert technical product messaging into partner-consumable content that clearly defines how new features drive partner profitability, margin growth, and customer success within the Everpure™ Enterprise Data Cloud.
- Architect Partner Personas: Develop and drive deep persona profiles to ensure GTM strategies resonate with specific stakeholders, from a Partner CTO’s focus on architectural integrity to a Seller’s focus on ease of sale and quota attainment.
- Govern What Gets Published to Partners: Work with the Global Partner Organization and the Partner Marketing team as the final gatekeeper for all partner-facing materials, validating that content published to global partner tools is accurate, appropriately scoped for partners and made available on time of Launches and General Availability.
- Drive Continuous Feedback Loops: Capture and synthesize insights from the field and partner ecosystem to identify readiness gaps, providing structured data to PMM teams to improve future launch effectiveness and partner adoption.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strategic GTM Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales motions and have a proven track record of driving cross-functional programs across Product Marketing and Enablement organizations.
- Technical & Channel Acumen: You bring the technical credibility to engage with Product Specialists and the business savvy to navigate complex partner-led business models (Distributors, VARs, MSPs, and GSIs).
- Storytelling & Communication: You are a master at translating "speeds and feeds" into compelling business narratives, specifically helping partners pivot from selling hardware to selling the vision of a cloud-ready data management experience.
- Execution & Stakeholder Management: You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple launch timelines simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with global stakeholders.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$153,000 - $230,000 USD
