Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR ROLE:

This is an end-to-end HR role with primary focus on Recruitment, L&D and data management responsibilities. This role reports into the SEA Managing Director and APAC People Director.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Recruitment – Budget approval, JD, job postings, sourcing/recruitment tracker, liaison with Mgrs/recruitment companies, Interview arrangement, Feedback, Offer management, including foreign worker permit application (vendor)
  2. L&D – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs, source training providers, organize and coordinate training programmes, manage online learning programmes, HRDF submission and claims
  3. Data management – maintaining and updating employee master file, training records, attrition, salary review, other data-related reports
  4. HRIS management & maintenance of employee data, key liaison for Omnicom/RAPP system projects
  5. Monthly payroll instructions, salary reviews
  6. Any other projects/ad hoc work that may be required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong attention to detail, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Mature, resourceful, collaborative, flexible and a can-do attitude
  • Good MS Office skills – Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, local labour laws, HR practices
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience ideally with end-to-end HR experience
