The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join Team X – Omnicom’s global agency for Mercedes-Benz, delivering the marketing for Mercedes-Benz UK across Passenger Cars, Vans and Financial Services. Working as part of an integrated team, you’ll work on the Vans piller (c. £1.8m) to create integrated assets. You’ll partner closely with a dedicated Project Management team, who focus on the day-to-day delivery — managing timelines, resources and internal workflows — so you can focus on building strong client and internal relationships, aligning work with strategy, and driving projects forward.
What You’ll Bring
· Proven client leadership — ideally as SAM in another Agency
· Deep expertise in working alongside media agencies to deliver an integrated suite of assets
· Strategic thinking: how can we expand upon the client brief to make the work bigger and better
· An ability to help clients prioritise their workflow and their budgets
· A commercial mindset with confidence in owning targets, budgets, and growth
· Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders internally across departments and also Client stakeholders outside of the day-to-day team
· A passion for making clients feel celebrated, valued, and truly supported
· A track record of delivering standout, effective, and award-winning work
· Emotional intelligence and resilience
· Experience taking manual processes and maximising the potential of technology to drive efficiency
The Role Reporting into a SAD the SAM will work in partnership with a Senior Project Manager to manage delivery of an annual calendar of activity, including integrated campaigns, retail events, always-on offer-led comms, CRM programmes and Aftersales collateral.
