Role: Zonal Head - Large Corporate Sales (B2B)
Business Unit: Razorpay POS
Reporting to: Head of Strategic Enterprise Accounts
Brief Description:
The position is responsible for driving sales and revenue for the entire suite of Offline (POS) payment acceptance solutions to large enterprises in the zone. The job will entail understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue.The position will lead and manage a team of Regional & Cluster Managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute business plan and achieve sales & revenue targets from new & existing clients in the zone.
- Identify business opportunities and market trends for sales & revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, at existing & potential clients.
- Build a deep understanding of the market developments & specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with diverse internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients to address their business needs.
- Negotiate commercials and service contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with internal policies & legal requirements.
- Plan customer onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for the client.
- Lead a team of Regional / Cluster Managers, manage their performance and nurture them for higher responsibilities.
Measures of Success:
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
- New customers onboarded and new business growth
- Forecasting accuracy
- Client satisfaction
Prior Experience:
- Overall 12+ years of experience, out of which at least 4 years in Enterprise sales, including pitching to C-level executives.
- Experience in leading a medium-to-large-sized sales team.
- Experience in POS and/or PG solutions selling or in a related industry would be an added advantage.
Education:
- A Bachelors Degree is must.
- PG/MBA will be an added advantage.

- Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
- Good leadership qualities. Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent planning & forecasting skills
- Ability to work independently, identify and solve problems
