Community Manager – Cross-Border Community

Experience: 3-5+ years in community building, partnerships, or ecosystem development/working with Founders and Startups
About the Role
At Razorpay Rize, we are scaling our community initiative and now planning to build a thriving cross-border founder community. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and well- connected Community Manager to lead this initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can build, engage, and grow a high-impact startup community while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, founders across B2B, e-commerce, and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Strategy and Development: Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive strategy for the exporter community, fostering meaningful connections among founders, CXOs, and industry enablers.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with community members and key contributors, ensuring active and sustained participation. Analyze trends, customer insights, and identify opportunities for founder up skilling.
- Community Growth: Develop strategies to attract influential members to the community via inbound and outbound initiatives.
- Content Curation: Analyze trends, customer insights, and identify relevant topics to curate engaging content, events, and areas for founder up skilling.
- Social Media & Outreach: Drive engagement through LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, and podcasts, positioning Razorpay Rize as the go-to platform for cross-border expansion
- Networking & Collaboration: Establish and nurture a robust network of industry experts, venture capitalists, mentors, and ecosystem enablers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create initiatives ( online &offline ) adding value to the community.
Event Coordination: Take charge of planning, executing, and analyzing events, including mentorship sessions, expert discussions, and flagship events. Generate creative ideas for new events in collaboration with stakeholders.
What You Bring / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, entrepreneurship or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in community management, startup ecosystem, or partnerships.
- Strong network within the startup, founder ecosystem, and cross-border business ecosystem.
- Experience in building both online and offline communities that drive real engagement.
- A deep understanding of cross-border expansion challenges, including payments, compliance, GTM etc. ( Good to have )
- Passion for startups, e-commerce, fintech, global trade, and ecosystem building.
- Strong content and storytelling skills across newsletters, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
- Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel and execute events/initiatives on their own
