About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp and resourceful Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support customer engagement through thoughtful content and data-driven digital campaigns. Reporting to Marketing Director - Southeast Asia, this is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys crafting compelling messaging, running targeted campaigns, and iterating based on performance insights.

What You’ll Do
Campaigns & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social, and email with a focus on lead generation
- Work with regional team to manage and optimise SEO/SEM activities to drive organic and paid traffic to key landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and optimise in real time to improve key metrics like CTR, CPL, and conversion rate.
Content & Messaging
- Work with internal teams to create and distribute content across the funnel: blogs, case studies, and marketing emails.
- Ensure messaging aligns with our brand tone, product offerings, and audience needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the creation of assets like decks, one-pagers, and product-focused content in collaboration with designers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using tools like HubSpot, and campaign dashboards.
- Report regularly on key KPIs and use data to guide campaign improvements and content decisions.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency and timely execution.
- Partner with local and regional teams to adapt campaigns for different geographies or audience segments.
- Coordinate timelines and tasks with internal contributors and external vendors as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech-led environment with strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across SEO/SEM, email, paid media, and social.
- Experience creating and managing content that drives awareness, engagement, and lead conversions.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar).
- Strong organisational and project management skills; you can juggle multiple initiatives with ease.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable analyzing results and adapting based on what’s working (or not).
- Bonus Points: Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Figma) for quick asset creation, knowledge of CRM
