Senior Associate - Growth
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and monetization strategies for Razorpay, leveraging data-driven insights, marketing automation tools, and collaborative approaches to marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Growth Campaigns: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns to drive user engagement, and retention.
- Monetization Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to effectively monetize Razorpay's products and services, maximizing revenue through pricing experiments and partnership programs.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize the conversion funnel, implementing A/B tests and refining user flows to improve conversion rates.
- Product-Led Growth: Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for product-led growth, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts with product development.
- Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and analyze campaign results to assess effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Should be conversant in AI tools, prompt engineering and working AI agents
Mandatory qualifications:
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in data analytics tools and experience leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.
- Growth Marketing Expertise: Track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies.
- Cross Functional Alignment: Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams to drive product-led growth initiatives.
- Collaborative Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and cross-functional approach to work.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Marketing and Automation Tools: Understanding of marketing automation tools and martech landscape, with experience in their implementation and utilization.
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles, preferably in the technology or fintech industry.
