Junior Associate - SME Partnership
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and communication-savvy Junior Associate – Partnerships to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business development and partner engagement. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing partner communication, conducting demos, supporting outbound efforts, and contributing to field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide timely, courteous, and professional assistance to partners.
- Conduct product or service demos for potential partners and clients, addressing queries and showcasing key benefits.
- Work on-field twice a week across Bangalore for meetings with Chartered Accountants
- Assist with outbound projects, campaigns, and partner outreach efforts as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions and update internal CRM or tracking systems consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for new and existing partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience, OR
MBA graduate with 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, customer success, or related fields. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client facing or Partner Facing role.
- Ability to explain products and conduct demos confidently.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore twice a week for field activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in B2B outreach or partner management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry best practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
