About the role

  • Reolink Technology is seeking an HR Intern for a 3-6 month internship. 

  • Students undergoing ITE, Polytechnic or University are welcome to apply.
  • This role offers the opportunity for contract renewal and potential conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-up communication.

  2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  3. Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases.

  4. Coordinate the rollout of employee engagement surveys, including communications, timelines, and follow-up action planning

  5. Organize wellness-related activities, campaigns, and programs for internal staff

  6. Promote initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, work-life harmony, and overall workplace satisfaction

  7. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and develop the company intranet portal, creating a user-friendly platform where employees can easily access company policies, employee referral programs, wellbeing resources, feedback channels, and other key information.

  8. Coordinate with IT and other teams for new hire onboarding

  9. Work collaboratively across HR functions to support overarching employee experience processes
    Administrative duties as assigned
