Head of People and Talent
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Head of People and Talent to lead recruitment, culture, and people operations at RoboForce. You will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent, build HR foundations, and foster a high-performance team aligned with our mission to revolutionize robotics.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to scale the team with top-tier talent.
- Build HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and align people strategies with company goals.
- Champion a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR, recruiting, or people operations in tech or high-growth startups.
- Proven ability to hire for technical and leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Passion for building and scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
- Must work on-site at our office in the California Bay Area.
- Must have and maintain US work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in robotics, AI, or deep-tech industries.
- Track record of driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
