We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution at RoboForce. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and customers to deliver groundbreaking AI robotics solutions for industrial automation. Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs.
  • Engage directly with industrial customers to gather insights, define requirements, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Build and manage product roadmaps, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic priorities.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact products that meet customer needs.
  • Drive customer-centric innovation to address complex industrial challenges with scalable and effective solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in robotics, AI, or automation.
  • Strong understanding of or experience in AI and robotics technologies.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of industrial markets, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must work on-site at our office in the California Bay Area.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with hardware-software integration in robotics
  • Demonstrated success in delivering innovative solutions to industrial customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Track record of fostering a customer-first mindset and building high-impact products.
