Hardware Lab Technician

We are seeking a hands-on Hardware Lab Technician to support the assembly, testing, and refinement of humanoid robot prototypes in a collaborative R&D environment. This role involves assisting engineers with electronics prototyping, custom harness fabrication, and lab management.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test humanoid robot prototypes.
- Assist engineers in electronics prototyping, troubleshooting, and refinement.
- Fabricate custom harnesses and perform soldering.
- Manage lab equipment, procurement, and inventory.
- Operate basic machine shop tools.
- Document processes and experimental data accurately.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on R&D or manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in soldering, harness assembly, and machine shop tools.
- Strong computer skills (e.g., Notion, Google Docs, documentation tools).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Experience:
- Robotic or electromechanical assembly.
- Lab management and equipment procurement.
- Basic machine shop operations.
Preferred Experience:
- Machine shop management.
- 3D printing.
- Familiarity with vehicular electronics.
