Our growth includes recent acquisitions of Stessa (financial and asset management software) RentPrep (tenant screening and placement service for landlords), and Mynd (property management platform for both Retail and Institutional investors).

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will support two C-Suite Tech Leaders, our CTPO (EST based) and our CTO (PST based). The key to the success of this position is the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, offer superior organization skills and a high level of attention to detail.  In this role, you will be exposed to all aspects of the business, and will learn a lot about our industry and the start up environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage the complex calendars of two C-Suite Tech Leaders, CPTO and CTO while prioritizing, scheduling and rescheduling as needed 
  • Effectively schedule business travel including flights, ground transportation, overnight accommodations and meals for the supporting leaders
  • Act as the external contact point, providing phone and email support, screening and follow-up on phone calls and voicemails
  • Project manage both on and off-site meetings as well as team events - travel planning, site selection/prep, menus, and meeting attendee logistics
  • Perform accounts payable processing and other basic accounting functions as needed to include:
    • Handling expense accounts and reimbursements via RAMP
    • Assist with entering and processing approved payments as needed
    • Maintaining detailed files/records
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Be available to support the executives outside of normal business hours as needed given EST and PST based leaders

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting executives, direct experience supporting the C-Suite Leaders preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands; must be a flexible 
  • problem solver
  • Ability to take a straightforward, proactive approach to supporting the C-Suite Leaders
  • Committed to, and enthusiastic about, the mission and vision of the organization
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast paced, changing environment

  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Collaboration platforms (Notion, Wiki, Figma)

Location

Hybrid in our New York City, NY office. 

Compensation

$87,000 - $118,000 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.

Pay Transparency

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.  Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.  Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only part of our total compensation package.
