  • Deliver workshops and presentations as agreed upon to educate on mental performance principles.
  • Attend select events or matches as an independent observer, if mutually agreed upon and necessary for project completion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance player development and team dynamics.

The vendor/contractor retains full discretion over the methods, tools, and resources used to provide these services, provided they align with agreed-upon deliverables.

Preferred:  Personnel providing services are preferred who have:

  • Familiarity with professional soccer or high-pressure team environments.
  • Knowledge of holistic performance practices (e.g., recovery, nutrition).
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French).

VENDOR/CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

  • The contractor will provide their own tools, materials, and professional liability insurance.
  • Contractor must maintain all required certifications and business licenses, and comply with federal and state regulations. Such responsibility is solely the vendor/contractor’s.
  • Services will be delivered independently and on an as-needed basis, with schedules determined through mutual agreement.
  • Personnel providing services must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Washington State.
  • No benefits, including health insurance, retirement contributions, or paid leave, are provided as part of this engagement.
  • Vendor/contractor must provide proof of all required business licenses and registration with the Washington Department of Revenue.
