
Summer 2025: Digital & Website Technology Intern (June through August)

Work Period: June through August
Location: Onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
We’re looking for motivated, tech-savvy summer interns to support the launch and testing of our new website. You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our digital presence is functional, user-friendly, and smart. From testing AI features to evaluating customer communication tools, this is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital product development.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Assist in testing and quality assurance for the new company website, including:
- AI functionality (e.g., chatbots, content recommendations)
- Customer communication tools (e.g., contact forms, response systems)
- User experience and interface consistenc
- Identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and the marketing team to report findings and suggest enhancements
- Take on additional digital and tech projects, which may include:
- Website analytics and performance monitoring
- Competitor research and UX audits
- Basic content updates and web publishing
- Help document processes, issues, and resolutions in an organized, clear format
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, UX/UI, or a related field
- Must be able to come into the office at least 3 days (Tuesday through Thursday) per week and work the other 2 weekdays remotely
- Comfortable using web browsers, content management systems (CMS), and basic dev tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with an eye for user experience
