What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global Technical Project Management organization within Engineering, building leadership capability, succession plans, and a strong talent pipeline.
  • Check Eng NPD portfolio strategy across multiple product categories, align to company priorities, growth targets, and innovation goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define product direction, investment trade-offs, and prioritization across the portfolio.
  • Establish and evolve the operating model for Technical Project Management, driving transformation in how work is planned, executed, and delivered across the organization.

  • Influence and shape cross-functional strategy across Engineering, Design, and Operations, ensuring alignment to long-term business goals.
  • Build and scale systems, tools, and governance frameworks that enable transparency, accountability, and high-velocity execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish clear prioritization frameworks that guide decision-making across teams and leadership.
  • Ensure teams are focused on the highest-impact work, balancing innovation, risk, and execution speed.
  • Drive accountability across teams for milestones, deliverables, and outcomes at a portfolio level.
  • Champion continuous improvement and transformation of processes to enhance scalability, predictability, and speed.
  • Represent Technical Project Management in executive discussions, influencing company direction and strategic decisions.

Attributes

  • Strategic and operational leader with the ability to influence company direction while driving execution at scale.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguity, make high-impact decisions, and align senior stakeholders.
  • Influential communicator with a track record of shaping executive decisions and driving organizational alignment.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.

Experience & Skills
