AI at SharkNinja
At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.
ABOUT CREATIVE LABS
Creative Labs is SharkNinja’s in-house creative engine. We turn breakthrough innovation into unforgettable visual worlds, campaigns, and consumer moments. We move fast, we build bold, and we do not settle. We are now looking for the motion artist who will bring our biggest ideas to life in ways that stop people cold. Not just animation. Obsession.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a finishing role. The Motion Graphics Artist is a visual storyteller who uses motion, CGI, and cutting-edge craft to make product stories feel tangible and visually enthralling. You do not decorate campaigns. You elevate them.
You are fluent in CGI and motion design at the highest level, with deep expertise across industry-standard tools and a relentless drive to push what is technically and creatively possible. You move between photorealistic product visualization and expressive motion storytelling without missing a beat. You are as comfortable concepting as you are executing, and you bring both to every project.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create motion graphics, CGI product visualizations, and animated content for campaigns across social, digital, broadcast, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
• Develop photorealistic 3D product renders and CGI environments that serve as both concept visualization tools and final campaign assets.
• Bring campaign visual languages to life in motion, working closely with Art Directors and Creative Directors to ensure the moving image is as strong as the static one.
• Concept and produce motion content that is built for virality: thumb-stopping, platform-native, and impossible to ignore.
• Build and maintain efficient CGI and motion workflows that allow the team to move fast without sacrificing visual quality.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into your motion and CGI workflow to accelerate concepting, asset generation, and iteration without sacrificing craft.
• Stay ahead of the curve on motion trends, CGI techniques, rendering innovations, and emerging visual formats. Bring those capabilities back to the team.
• Collaborate upstream with creative and product teams to develop motion concepts early in the campaign process, not just at the end of it.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 5+ years of motion graphics and CGI experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates both technical mastery and strong visual storytelling instincts.
• Advanced rendering experience in Redshift, Octane, or equivalent. You produce photorealistic product worlds, not just polished renders.
• Strong CGI modeling and texturing skills with the ability to build, light, and render complex product visualizations from scratch.
• A genuine motion storyteller. You understand pacing, rhythm, and visual flow. You know when motion serves the idea and when it is getting in the way.
• Experience creating content natively for digital and social platforms with a strong understanding of format, aspect ratio, and what performs in each environment.
• Expert-level fluency in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Fluency with AI-powered creative tools such as Weavy, RunwayML, and Claude and how to use them to accelerate motion and CGI workflows, not replace the craft behind them.
• The ability to work upstream on visual story development and downstream on production delivery without losing creative integrity at either end.
• Comfort working at speed on multiple projects simultaneously. Creative Labs moves fast and the Motion Graphics Artist has to move faster.
